As a Large Language Model Architect, you will design and structure advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. Your primary focus will be on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. This involves refining model architectures to enhance performance and scalability, collaborating with various teams to integrate these models into broader applications, and continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve natural language processing capabilities. The role demands a thoughtful balance of creativity and technical insight to build systems that can interpret and generate language with high accuracy and relevance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience in LLMs.
- Provide influencing and advisory skills to stakeholders.
- Engage with multiple teams and take responsibility for team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and business areas.
- Lead the development and optimization of large language model architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of language models.
- Mentor junior team members on model design and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with API Testing.
- Experience with Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of neural network design principles.
- Experience training models on large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Experience optimizing model performance and scalability for production environments.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex model behavior issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
