You will own delivery outcomes end-to-end, from proof-of-value to production, and contribute to shaping the FDE model by learning and applying repeatable patterns. This is an opportunity to be an early member of the Industry & Enterprise FDE capability and help define the future of enterprise AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-quality applications within client systems using AI SDLC workflows.
- Create reusable, production-ready technical assets like MCP servers, sub-agents, agent orchestration frameworks, and evaluation tooling.
- Play a key technical role in rolling out frontier AI capabilities, ensuring smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure and workflows.
- Collaborate with client engineering and product teams to drive AI adoption, resolve blockers, and up-skill teams.
- Maintain expertise in LLM capabilities, focusing on SDLC, agentic frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and AI product development.
- Develop trusted relationships with client teams and AI ecosystem partners.
- Champion responsible and safe AI usage, upholding Accenture's standards.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical engineering role with client-facing or consulting exposure (e.g., Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer).
- Experience delivering production applications with real business impact, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience with large language models, including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment.
- Solid programming proficiency in languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java, with flexibility for other languages like Go and Rust.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and workflows.
- Working familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD.
- High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work across complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills, including translating AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn new tools and methods.
