You will be responsible for defining and leading the company's strategy and approach to privacy, regulatory, and corporate compliance, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and other relevant regulations. Simultaneously, you will ensure the consistent and effective day-to-day enforcement of our content and safety policies worldwide. This role is crucial for establishing our presence in Ireland and ensuring our products, operations, and teams scale responsibly and safely, aligned with our public benefit mission, values, legal obligations, and commitments. The position demands a leader with strong judgment, credibility, and executive presence, capable of navigating policy, operations, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, while also excelling at detail-oriented, execution-focused operational work.
