This role is a player-coach position, starting with hands-on involvement in customer deployments, writing production code, and solving complex technical challenges. As the team grows, the focus will shift towards leadership, but maintaining close proximity to the work. The Senior Manager will report to the CTO/co-founder and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer leadership to build and scale the forward deployed engineering effort.
