Interfere is building the operating system for product quality, detecting invisible user failures in real-time and providing teams with the context they need to fix them. We are a seven-person team in New York, backed by significant funding, and our product is already in production with design partners. We are looking for individuals who can move at the speed demanded by this rapidly evolving category. You will own the intelligence layer that powers Interfere, working at the intersection of research and production to build scalable systems that analyze codebases, traces, and user behavior to identify and explain bugs before they impact users.

As a founding engineer, you will have the opportunity to own a zero-to-one product and its infrastructure, working directly with customers and shaping the company's culture, engineering standards, and future roadmap.
