- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to general availability.
- Understand customer workflows by engaging directly with legal professionals to identify pain points in contract management.
- Translate legal domain knowledge into product requirements for AI-powered features.
- Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, design, research, legal, and GTM teams.
- Define and measure success metrics, including KPIs for adoption, utilization, and customer value.
- Shape product packaging and positioning in collaboration with product marketing.
- Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and technical feasibility.
- Build and iterate rapidly using an agile approach in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in 0-to-1 product development.
- Proven success in launching new products from scratch and scaling them to adoption.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering on complex AI/ML products.
- Experience with enterprise B2B customers, preferably in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Exceptional analytical skills to translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder influence.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience with legal technology, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or products for legal professionals is preferred.
- Understanding of legal workflows and contract negotiation processes is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML products, particularly generative AI or large language models, is a plus.
- A JD or prior experience working closely with lawyers is a plus.
