ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to design and build the systems that power a modern, AI-driven go-to-market engine. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce administration, focusing on the technical ownership of the entire GTM stack, including Salesforce, data, enrichment, engagement, billing, and AI tools. You will act as both an architect and a hands-on builder, setting the technical direction for CRM and GTM tooling and implementing solutions using technologies like Flows, Apex, SQL, and custom services. For larger initiatives, you will collaborate with the engineering team as a technical peer, contributing to scoping, design, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of GTM systems, including the Salesforce object model, data architecture, data flow between systems, and standards for health and scalability.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and other tools such as data warehouses, enrichment services, sales engagement platforms, billing/CPQ systems, and internal applications.
- Build and maintain automations using Flows, Apex, and custom services to support end-to-end GTM processes, prioritizing intelligent, observable, and maintainable solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents to enhance CRM functionality within AI-powered workflows and define the future role of AI in revenue operations.
- Design and own SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
- Translate complex business problems into clear technical strategies, managing the process from stakeholder discussions to design, build, rollout, and adoption.
- Establish best practices for change management, testing, documentation, and technical debt, and mentor team members on systems thinking.
- Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize systems work based on business impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a proven track record of owning and architecting complex, high-growth Salesforce organizations.
- Strong Apex skills, including the ability to independently design, build, debug, and maintain triggers and custom logic, and understanding when to avoid coding.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, or custom services, with a focus on designing for failure modes, data integrity, and scalability.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to decompose ambiguous questions into well-structured queries and handle complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- A systems mindset, capable of understanding end-to-end GTM processes, tracing data dependencies, and anticipating the impact of changes.
- Strong judgment and ownership, with the ability to self-scope problems, make sound build-vs-buy and architectural decisions, and drive projects to completion.
