Dust is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their team, focusing on framing and building high-value features and infrastructure. Engineers at Dust have the unique opportunity to work on a product they use daily, contributing to shaping the future of human-agent collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own critical features end-to-end, designing and implementing core product experiences.
- Scope and lead technical projects to completion, considering the full stack and prioritizing effectively.
- Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs and rapidly iterate on solutions.
- Build for scale by designing and implementing systems that handle increasing complexity while maintaining user simplicity.
Requirements
- Expertise in programming languages like TypeScript or Rust, or willingness to learn Rust if proficient in other languages.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React and shadcn.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies including NextJS, Kubernetes, and Terraform/Helm.
- Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, QDrant, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Datadog monitoring and Github actions-based CI/CD.
