Decagon is seeking a Business Operations, Growth professional to join their high-leverage team within the Founders' Office. This role bridges sales, marketing, business operations, and engineering, applying technical frameworks and tooling to drive revenue growth. You will own projects from ideation to production, architecting shared platforms and workflows that power sales and delivery pipelines. Your work will be crucial for scaling Decagon rapidly in a competitive market, focusing on business operations & strategy, growth marketing data pipelines, account identification and scoring, and internal sales tooling.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sellers, revenue operations, growth marketing, and engineering teams to devise solutions for increasing pipeline and deal flow.
- Debug business problems end-to-end, including hypothesis generation, data analysis, vendor evaluation, feature implementation, and establishing operational cadences.
- Define roadmaps for tools, products, or operational rhythms to accelerate revenue growth, prioritizing focus areas and triaging solutions.
- Establish a comprehensive quantitative view of deal pipeline and movement, along with evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of created solutions.
Requirements
- Possess a technical foundation in computer science, math, statistics, data science, or a similarly quantitative field.
- Be comfortable integrating strategy frameworks with hands-on engineering and a strong metrics-driven approach.
- Have operating experience at an early-stage company, including product development, zero-to-one building, or general operational support.
- Demonstrate a high capacity for learning and quickly acquiring new industry or tooling expertise.
