About the job
As a member of the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and advancing our core infrastructure. This role supports the engineering team in executing quickly, productively, and securely within a collaborative yet highly autonomous working environment. Each team member has a defined role with clear expectations and the freedom to pursue interesting projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers to build dev tools that empower developer workflows and deployment infrastructure.
- Ensure the reliability of multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters and pipelines.
- Implement metrics, logging, analytics, and alerting for performance and security across all endpoints and applications.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling and supporting services on multiple cloud providers.
- Automate operations and engineering tasks to focus energy on critical areas.
- Build machine learning infrastructure to enable AI teams for training, testing, and deploying on large-scale datasets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
- Deep proficiency in coding languages such as Golang or Python.
- Deep familiarity with container-related security best practices.
- Production experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem (e.g., cert-manager, external-dns).
- Experience with Kubernetes templating tools like Helm or Kustomize.
- Production experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Production experience with AWS services (IAM, S3, EC2, EKS).
- Production experience with database software like PostgreSQL.
- Experience with GitOps tooling (e.g., Flux, Argo).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience with GPU-enabled clusters is a bonus.
- Production experience with other cloud providers (Google Cloud, Azure) is a bonus.
