About the job
CoreWeave is seeking a Business Systems Engineer (GTM) to manage the systems that support our Go-To-Market (GTM) funnel. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Marketing Operations to refine lead-to-opportunity processes, campaign attribution, and pipeline data quality. This role involves contributing to shared team priorities, including Salesforce CPQ, core platform development, and Revenue Cloud Automation.
You will need a comprehensive understanding of the GTM funnel, from lead generation by Marketing and Marketing Operations to pipeline progression. Strong Salesforce engineering skills are essential for building and troubleshooting CPQ and platform solutions. Experience with AI agents or AI-powered automation for GTM use cases is highly desirable. CoreWeave operates in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, requiring adaptability across new projects, enhancements, bug fixes, and daily Salesforce administration.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and attribution reporting in Salesforce and marketing systems.
- Manage lead-to-opportunity and pipeline processes, ensuring data quality, stage logic, and forecasting support.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and other GTM systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using configuration, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the core platform.
- Contribute to Salesforce CPQ workflows, including products, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting.
- Support Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) initiatives and resolve production issues across Salesforce, CPQ, and integrated systems.
- Explore and build AI agents or AI-powered automation for GTM workflows like lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, and quote-to-cash assistance.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, epics, and user stories in partnership with IT Product Owners and Administrators.
- Support cross-functional GTM initiatives such as system consolidation and process unification.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
- Provide production support by triaging and resolving bugs and incidents.
- Balance project work, enhancements, bug fixes, and Salesforce administration.
- Communicate proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing status updates and surfacing risks.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the GTM funnel, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Strong technical Salesforce engineering skills, including CPQ and platform development.

- Fluency in top-of-funnel and Marketing Operations processes.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Automation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
- Knowledge of engineering best practices, including code reviews, test automation, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Clear and proactive communication skills.
