This role involves serving as a trusted technical advisor to senior technology leaders at strategic prospects and customers. You will provide a clear perspective on the future of conversational and agentic AI, guiding customers on adoption strategies. You will lead executive briefings, architecture discussions, and workshops, and shape custom requests into reusable product capabilities by partnering with Product and Delivery teams. The role includes an onboarding rotation through Delivery, Research, and Engineering teams to build hands-on platform knowledge before taking on full account coverage. You will also embed with these teams to translate learnings into guidance for Solution Engineers and other technical field teams, and bring customer needs back to Product and Engineering as prioritized input. Additionally, you will represent the company externally through content, talks, and industry conversations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor to CTOs, CIOs, and enterprise architects.
- Provide guidance on the adoption of conversational and agentic AI.
- Lead executive briefings, architecture discussions, and workshops.
- Shape custom requests into reusable product capabilities.
- Gain hands-on knowledge of the platform through onboarding rotations.
- Translate learnings into guidance for technical field teams.
- Communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering.
- Represent the company externally through content and talks.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise technology.
- 5+ years as a principal or lead architect, solutions leader, engineering director, or applied AI/ML lead.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and LLM application architecture.
- Familiarity with conversational AI and speech.
- Proven track record of owning technical outcomes on complex enterprise programs.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical ideas to business and engineering audiences.
- Good judgment regarding scope and ability to communicate limitations.
- Track record of publishing or presenting on applied AI.
