The role includes an onboarding rotation through Delivery, Research, and Engineering teams to build hands-on platform knowledge before taking on full account coverage. You will also embed with these teams to translate learnings into guidance for Solution Engineers and other technical field teams, and bring customer needs back to Product and Engineering as prioritized input. Additionally, you will represent the company externally through content, talks, and industry conversations.
