Lucis is building the operating system for human longevity, aiming to make preventive health the default. We are seeking a CTO right-hand to significantly enhance Lucis's speed and quality by integrating AI into our workflows. This role is focused on enablement and systems, not pure research. You will identify high-leverage workflows across teams, transform them into repeatable playbooks and internal products, implement measurement systems, and build reliable guardrails for AI outputs. You will also assist the CTO with tech and founder-level initiatives, ensuring proper orchestration of technical and product work.

We are seeking engineers who excel at building systems end-to-end, orchestrating AI to execute tasks, and raising the overall engineering bar. In this role, you will write specifications for AI agents to execute, critically review AI-generated code, and make decisions that have a compounding impact. The exact scope of your work will be shaped collaboratively, potentially spanning mobile, infrastructure, platform, AI, or full-stack development, depending on your strengths and the company's needs.
