Figma is seeking founding Forward Deployed Engineers to join a new team focused on integrating Figma's products into large-scale enterprise environments. In this role, you will embed directly with strategic customers, working across their codebases, design systems, and workflows to ensure Figma's successful adoption within their unique technical constraints. You will tackle complex adoption challenges hands-on, from frontend stacks and legacy systems to security requirements, while building strong partnerships with customer engineering teams. This is a senior-level engineering position focused on customer success and product improvement, not sales or services. You will collaborate closely with Figma's Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, influencing product development and the scaling of this new function. The role requires engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and are motivated by solving high-impact problems at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs. Periodic travel to customer sites is expected.
