Manhattan Labs is building an AI-native compliance platform for community banks and financial institutions, addressing the challenges of intensifying regulatory pressure and sophisticated financial crime. The platform aims to provide an intelligence layer that can answer complex compliance questions with defensible, auditable answers. This is a founding engineer role where you will architect and build the AI-native platform, taking it from an early-stage MVP to a secure, reliable, enterprise-grade system. You will work directly with the founding team, own technical decisions, and lay the foundation for a fast-growing SaaS company by reimagining KYB and AML as autonomous intelligence.

We are building the communication infrastructure that modern healthcare needs, with AI agents that complete workflows end-to-end. Founded by a Stanford/Harvard-trained physician and an ex-Amazon Alexa engineer, Clarion has raised $10M from top investors and is an in-person team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to own foundational backend systems at an early-stage company with real traction and a mission-critical problem to solve, working closely with founders who understand both healthcare and large-scale AI systems.
