You will build the necessary pipelines, harnesses, canaries, and test frameworks to detect regressions and quality issues, working closely with Research to automate and enforce model expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strong engineer comfortable with building test infrastructure and analyzing model behavior, with a passion for quality, measurement, and automation.

Spur is seeking a Technical Customer Success Engineer to help clients successfully implement and utilize our AI-driven testing platform in production environments. This is a hands-on, technical position focused on working closely with customers, analyzing metrics, and contributing to product growth. You will begin by shadowing experienced Solution Engineers and collaborating with Account Executives, eventually taking full ownership of customer accounts, pilot programs, and test strategies.
