As an intern on Decagon’s Engineering team, you will be part of a pioneering group shaping the future of intelligent agents. You will contribute directly to production-ready initiatives that address real team needs, gaining hands-on experience and leaving your mark on meaningful, high-visibility work. This is a 12-week internship running June 1 – August 20, 2027, based out of our San Francisco office. This role is designed for candidates graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.

Decagon is seeking a Member of Technical Staff for a new graduate role, with a start date in 2027. This position offers the opportunity to join one of four engineering teams focused on building the core systems behind Decagon's AI agents, including Agent Engineering, Agent Orchestration, Enterprise Product, or Infrastructure. Engineers in this role will own their work end-to-end, making a significant impact from the outset. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy tackling complex system challenges and developing scalable, elegant solutions for millions of users. This role is specifically designed for candidates graduating between December 2026 and July 2027 and will be based in San Francisco or New York.
