You will be responsible for designing and implementing people programs with a focus on scalability, curiosity, and rigor, much like an engineer approaches a product. This central role on the people team will involve all aspects of the employee lifecycle, compliance, systems, analytics, and overall employee experience, contributing to the infrastructure that supports the company's growth.
