This role will define how millions of people experience learning about Claude, including real-time content adaptation, responsive assessments, credentialing systems, and platform evolution. You will build the infrastructure for AI-native education, owning the technical vision for the platform layer, enterprise readiness features, data architecture, AI-augmented pipelines, integrations, and delivery systems. You will collaborate with educational experts to deliver scalable educational experiences and build AI-augmented pipelines that amplify the reach and responsiveness of a small team. This is an engineering role for someone passionate about learning, requiring judgment to make educational platform decisions and close collaboration with security, infrastructure, data, GTM, devrel, and education teams.
