Anthropic is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to develop and manage its global asset management and hardware lifecycle program. This role will oversee the entire lifecycle of hardware, from procurement and inventory tracking to assignment, refresh, collection, and secure disposal. The engineer will also manage day-to-day operations for the corporate mobile program and laptop/workstation lifecycle. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including IT Hardware Ops, the Endpoint pod, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations. This includes defining processes, selecting and administering asset management tools, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing asset management programs, e-waste initiatives, and vendor relationships, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable processes.
