Scale is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their growing team and ensure that innovative companies become passionate, lifelong Scale customers. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Machine Learning Engineers to guide prospective customers through the pre-sales process. You will deliver customized demos and pilots to secure the "technical win," scope customer technical requirements, and develop actionable Statements of Work (SOWs). Solutions Engineers will also collaborate with the delivery team on initial implementations, leveraging expert Scale product and Generative AI knowledge to design solutions that address customer needs and pain points. This role requires strong relationship-building, project management, and technical expertise.
