This role will focus on building and operating high-performance data, query, and search infrastructure that powers critical Brex product experiences, including AI-powered data products. The PDP team's mission is to make Brex customizable, scalable, and reliable for finance teams through deeply optimized, production-grade distributed systems. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of the platform across multiple teams, identifying and resolving high-impact architectural problems, and driving them to resolution. You will be accountable for the group's technical quality, balancing long-horizon strategy with hands-on execution, and leading through influence.
