About the job
This internship is ideal for individuals early in their careers, such as recent graduates, seeking in-depth exposure to startup operations. You will work directly with customers and contribute to scaling AI products in a real-world environment. As a Success Architect Intern, you will collaborate closely with the founders on both onboarding/agent development and customer success initiatives, helping our team ensure customers achieve success with telli. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, developing AI agents, supporting existing accounts, and building processes to facilitate company growth.
Responsibilities
- Support pilot accounts and assist customers in launching AI agents.
- Handle customer communications, address inquiries, and resolve basic issues.
- Monitor agent performance and customer health metrics.
- Assist with customer workshops and training sessions.
- Contribute to building and refining AI agents.
- Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management.
- Utilize automation tools like n8n and Zapier to enhance internal efficiency.
- Document best practices and create playbooks.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
- Undertake operational tasks to support telli's scaling efforts.
- Prepare materials for customer and team meetings.
- Assist in moving projects forward across various initiatives.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with customers and helping them achieve success.
- Possess technical aptitude or a semi-technical background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Experience experimenting with AI agents or workflows, with an understanding of topics like prompt engineering.
- Organized, hands-on, and willing to tackle diverse tasks.
- Early in career with a strong desire for rapid learning.
- Not a good fit if you have a purely business background without experience in workflows or AI agents.
- Not a good fit if you prefer only strategic work.
- Not a good fit if you prefer a strict 9-5 schedule or fully remote work.
