Swayable is a fast-growing AI and automated data science platform that measures public opinion and the impact of messages and advertising content on it. We are a 40-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. The Director of AI will be a builder, researcher, developer, and thought-partner to the CEO and CTO, responsible for discovering, prototyping, and proving out high-value applications of cutting-edge AI across business operations, product, and fundamental research. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage significant resources, including a large dataset of RCT survey experiment results, an established team of engineers and scientists, academic partnerships, and direct access to enterprise customers for rapid product development.
Responsibilities
- Discover, prototype, and prove out high-value applications of cutting-edge AI across business operations, product, and fundamental research.
- Advance the leading edge of applied AI using unique resources.
- Develop and deploy AI/LLM/deep learning solutions.
Requirements
- Up-to-date background in AI, including active development, deployment, and/or fine-tuning of large language models.
- Evidence of extraordinary ability and being tapped into the latest developments in the field.
