We are a 40-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. The Director of AI will be a builder, researcher, developer, and thought-partner to the CEO and CTO, responsible for discovering, prototyping, and proving out high-value applications of cutting-edge AI across business operations, product, and fundamental research. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage significant resources, including a large dataset of RCT survey experiment results, an established team of engineers and scientists, academic partnerships, and direct access to enterprise customers for rapid product development.
