This role involves defining the blueprint for AI in professional environments, from hiring and manager effectiveness to onboarding and fostering company culture through innovative tools. You will work directly with Anthropic's advanced AI, Claude, tackling complex, unsolved problems and moving rapidly from prototype to production. Responsibilities
- Build full-stack end-to-end features across the People Products portfolio.
- Design and implement AI-native workflows, including tools, evals, prompts, and products.
- Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders like HR teams and recruiters to understand needs and iterate quickly.
- Make independent product and architecture decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Contribute ideas for team processes, product development, and leveraging applied AI in people workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Shipped LLM-native features or applications.
- Ability to build large features independently and make sound architectural decisions.
- Self-sufficient in taking features from idea to production without external dependencies.
- Ability to move fast while maintaining a high quality bar and making smart tradeoffs.
- Comfortable engaging directly with users and incorporating feedback.
- Mission-driven with a passion for the intersection of AI and people practices.
- Collaborative and supportive teammate with clear communication skills.

- Annual compensation range: $405,000 - $485,000 USD
