The People Products team at Anthropic is dedicated to supporting the company's mission by shaping the future of AI in the workplace. The team covers the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to promotions.
In this role, you will work directly with Claude, leveraging unique internal capabilities to tackle unsolved problems. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, moving from prototype to production within days or weeks. Responsibilities
- Build full-stack end-to-end solutions across the People Products portfolio.
- Design and implement AI-native workflows, including tools, evaluations, prompts, and products, to define applied AI possibilities for people processes.
- Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders such as HR teams and managers to understand needs, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
- Make independent product and architecture decisions in a low-structure environment, determining when to scope, ship, or seek input.
- Contribute ideas for team operations, product development, and identifying high-leverage applications of AI in people workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex projects or teams.
- Shipped LLM-native features or applications.
- Ability to build large features independently and make sound architectural decisions.
- Self-sufficient in taking projects from idea to production without external dependencies.
- Ability to move fast while maintaining a high quality bar and making smart tradeoffs.
- Comfortable engaging directly with users and incorporating feedback.
- Mission-driven, with a genuine interest in the intersection of AI and people practices.
- Collaborative and supportive teammate with clear communication skills.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $320,000 - $405,000 USD
- Visa sponsorship available for some roles and candidates.
