Responsibilities
- Build core systems powering AI agents, including the Agent SDK, orchestration engine, and runtime.
- Design the agentic loop, defining primitives for steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive agents in real-world environments.
- Improve retrieval and grounding systems to ensure agents provide accurate and trustworthy responses.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance agent quality over time.
Requirements
- Passion for AI products.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- High motivation and agency in a high-autonomy culture.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
