Responsibilities
- Develop a simulation platform to test AI agents against diverse real-world scenarios.
- Create intuitive, no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents.
- Adapt traditional software development methodologies for AI agents, considering their non-deterministic behavior and reliance on LLMs.
- Accelerate generative agent creation using tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Build self-improving AI agent systems based on real-world interactions, customer feedback, and self-play.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience building AI-powered products.
- Experience with Go and Typescript.
- Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
- Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
