Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational enterprise platform capabilities, including identity, access management, and integration points.
- Ensure the platform scales across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and reliability for large enterprise customers.
- Uphold high standards for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.
- Build AI-powered products or platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- Pride in building reliable, maintainable, and secure systems that scale.
- High agency and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture.
- Alignment with company values: Craftsmanship, Customer Obsession, and Competitive Intensity.
- Experience building enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, or compliance-adjacent systems.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and working with complex customer environments.
- Backend-leaning full-stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
- Security-adjacent experience (e.g., auth, permissions, data isolation, threat modeling).
