Sierra is seeking a pricing strategist to join their dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering pricing proposals and ROI case studies for clients, working closely with the sales team to facilitate deal execution. The strategist will also collaborate across product, marketing, and operations to shape the company's overall pricing and packaging strategy. Sierra is a leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, serving major global brands and is primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver pricing proposals and ROI case studies for customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to execute deals.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to define pricing and packaging strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations.
- Startup experience in a GTM operations role, specifically SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, and operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience negotiating complex customer partnerships.
- Familiarity with navigating sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of developing GTM operations using data-driven decision-making.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in partnerships, business development, and value engineering roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies is a plus.
- Previous 0-1 startup or fast-paced high-growth environment experience is a plus.
