Responsibilities
- Develop and grow industry partnerships with key players and technology platforms.
- Cultivate alternative customer acquisition channels through strategic relationships with investors, partners, and influencers.
- Align partnership initiatives with the company's Go-To-Market strategy, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to position Sierra as a strategic AI partner.
- Identify and introduce Sierra to portfolio companies within VC/PE firms that could benefit from AI agents.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights to inform product development and explore new market segments and geographies.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or similar roles within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the Venture Capital/Private Equity landscape and experience working with investors.
- Proven ability to structure and close high-value partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Capability to engage and maintain relationships with C-level executives, investors, and key decision-makers.
- Analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and align them with the company's long-term vision.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
