Mistral AI is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Strategist to bridge the gap between AI vision and execution for enterprise clients. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, architecting AI solutions, and leading their deployment from concept to full-scale adoption. You will diagnose business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, and ensure measurable business outcomes are achieved. The position requires a blend of strategic advisory, hands-on deployment leadership, executive presence, technical credibility, and commercial acumen, spanning both presales and postsales phases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead strategic advisor for high-value enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with executive leadership.
- Lead C-suite workshops to diagnose business drivers and co-create multi-year AI transformation roadmaps.
- Develop and present compelling business cases and proposals, articulating the ROI of AI adoption.
- Partner with sales and product teams to identify and qualify opportunities, positioning Mistral’s solutions.
- Design tailored AI strategies and proof-of-concepts that address critical business challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert in client engagements.
- Own the end-to-end success of AI deployments, from strategic planning to operational integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute deployment roadmaps and deliver measurable results.
- Navigate organizational complexity and drive change management for seamless adoption.
- Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within accounts to drive commercial growth.
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Represent Mistral AI as a thought leader through speaking engagements and executive briefings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or a customer-facing strategic role, with a focus on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation.
- Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Deep, practical expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development, with hands-on development of AI solutions.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable programs.
- Comfortable in both presales and postsales environments.
- Experience managing high-value accounts and understanding deal mechanics.
- Ability to build compelling cases for investment.
- Collaborative leader capable of motivating cross-functional teams.
