Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Senior Technical Architect specializing in Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS). This is a strategic role within one of Salesforce's fastest-growing product areas, adopted by over 140 leading organizations globally. You will act as a key advisor and product expert for major life sciences enterprise clients, guiding them in architecting and implementing agentic, AI-first solutions across their commercial and clinical operations. This position involves deep engagement with clients to ensure they maximize value from the Salesforce Platform and achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
- Contribute to the community's knowledge base and expertise.
- Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies for business value.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Proactively manage risks and ensure issues are resolved.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with clients and partners.
- Review and correct project direction, approach, and artifacts for program success.
- Architect technology solutions in collaboration with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients.
- Contribute to program vision and advise on platform strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma.
- Backgrounds in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively present and defend viewpoints.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, tailoring materials to the audience.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate with diverse roles.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Resourceful and innovative problem-solver.
- Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
