Salesforce is seeking a Data360 (formerly Data Cloud) Success Architect to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging technical expertise in data and analytics. This role is crucial in integrating Data360 with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds to enable Customer 360 use cases, unifying customer data for AI-driven marketing automation, personalized engagement, and predictive insights. Data360 also serves as the foundation for Agentforce, enabling real-time, intelligent decision-making through centralized enterprise data, leading to context-aware AI automation and hyper-personalized customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert for Agentforce + Data360 within the Success Architect organization, explaining its relation to AI success.
- Engage with strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce + Data360.
- Identify and evaluate capability gaps in standard product offerings or propose creative architectural solutions through customization.
- Facilitate and influence executive stakeholders, aligning technology strategy with business value and ROI.
- Execute playbooks from the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored for Agentforce + Data360 customers.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners to contribute to broader goals and growth.
- Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in Analytics/CDP spaces.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on data & integration architecture, guiding customers through migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data360.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI for customers.
- Ability to demonstrate basic understanding and stay up-to-date with emerging data-related and AI technologies.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.
- Values the importance of Data Ethics and Privacy, ensuring solutions adhere to relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy.
- Degree or equivalent experience required; experience evaluated based on strengths for the role.
