Salesforce is seeking an Access & AI Enablement Engineer to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging AI as a core component of your work. Your primary focus will be to reduce operational overhead through automation and to foster AI-first habits among your teammates. You will be responsible for the full outcome of your work, including AI-generated content, and will have the opportunity to expand your scope as the team's remit grows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver software solutions, including code/solution reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
- Apply AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive processes and reduce operational overhead.
- Partner with and upskill teammates on best practices, including AI-first approaches to problem-solving.
- Own the full outcome of your work, including AI-generated content, and take on expanding scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience on the Salesforce platform (declarative + technical).
- Engineering background with a demonstrated AI-first approach, having orchestrated AI into real workflows.
- Track record of reducing operational overhead/friction through automation or tooling.
- Comfortable blending hands-on casework with peer coaching/upskilling.
- Ability to validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications.
- Proven experience performing Salesforce admin work within a large-scale, enterprise organization.
- Familiarity with security/access governance concepts (least-privilege, JIT access, SOX-scoped orgs).
