  • Own the relationship and escalation path with host and infrastructure partners, resolving issues and keeping relevant teams informed.
  • Translate capacity and utilization data into concrete tradeoffs for supply expansion, consolidation, cost, and reliability.
  • Build and drive project plans across Engineering, Product, and Supply stakeholders, defining scope, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, identifying risks and keeping stakeholders aligned with regular status updates.
  • Provide technical judgment on infrastructure tools, platforms, and vendor products.
  • Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future initiatives.

  • 4+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology programs.
  • Proven track record of partnering with 3+ cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs.
  • Experience working with external infrastructure or hardware vendors globally.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to translate data into planning recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Demonstrated ability to independently build, track, and execute programs in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay ranging from $140,000 - $165,000
  • Meaningful equity in a fast-growing company
  • Generous medical, dental & vision plans
