Runpod is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate to join their remote-first team. This role is crucial for building trust with developers by helping them succeed with Runpod's AI Developer Cloud. You will be at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, using Runpod's platform to build and create content, tooling, and advocacy that drives developer awareness, adoption, and community growth. This position offers significant ownership, allowing you to define content strategies, choose conferences, prioritize integrations, and represent Runpod in influential AI engineering communities.
Responsibilities
- Produce demos, technical blog posts, videos, and webinars consistently, partnering with engineering for technical depth and owning the final output.
- Deliver talks at developer and AI developer conferences, and build relationships with organizers and attendees.
- Build tooling, extensions, and plugins to improve the developer experience on Runpod and instrument them for measurable impact.
- Design and run programs that scale content, events, and community pillars for compounding impact.
- Consistently engage with developers where they are, build genuine relationships, and surface insights to Product and other relevant teams.
Requirements
- Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, community, solutions engineering, customer success, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to regularly attend events and conferences in person.
- Ability to speak publicly on behalf of a developer-facing product.
- Technically credible, capable of building and demoing real things on the platform and holding deep technical conversations.
- Active participation in developer communities.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Successful completion of a background check.
