Responsibilities
- Accelerate researchers by managing large-scale ML pipelines and building robust tools.
- Bridge cutting-edge research with production by integrating checkpoints, streamlining evaluation, and exposing APIs.
- Conduct experiments on the latest deep-learning techniques, including large-scale distributed training.
- Design, implement, and benchmark ML algorithms, writing clear and efficient Python code.
- Deliver prototypes that evolve into production-grade components for products like Le Chat and enterprise APIs.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent proven track record.
- 4+ years of experience working on large-scale ML codebases.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
- Comfort with distributed training frameworks (DeepSpeed, FSDP, SLURM, K8s).
- Experience in deep learning, NLP, or LLMs.
- Familiarity with CUDA or data-pipeline development is a plus.
- Strong software design skills, including testing, code review, and CI/CD.
- Self-starter with a collaborative and low-ego attitude.
