About the job
Mistral AI is seeking a talented Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for one of the squads within Mistral AI Studio. AI Studio is an enterprise platform designed to enable teams to build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale. It provides essential infrastructure for enterprises to move from prototypes to production, including full-stack observability, durable agent execution, and a governed AI Registry. As a Product Manager, you will be integrated into a specific squad and will define how enterprises close the loop from prompts to production, managing AI behavior observation, complex AI workflows, asset versioning and governance, and safe deployment across hybrid and self-hosted environments.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and evangelize a compelling product strategy for Enterprise AI tools, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends in enterprise product management.
- Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and iteration, balancing speed, quality, and user satisfaction.
- Partner with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences, using data and feedback for continuous refinement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and adoption.
- Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
- Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers both quick wins and advances long-term strategic goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience in new, competitive, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products, preferably in large solutions.
- Understanding of technical trade-offs and ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
- Relentless focus on solving real user problems, supported by data and qualitative insights.
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, go-to-market) without direct authority.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving, comfortable with both roadmap crafting and metric analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver crisp, persuasive storytelling to executives, teams, and users.
- Adaptability to thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings with shifting priorities.
- Low ego and high emotional intelligence, building trust and driving decisions through clarity.
- Self-directed with a bias for action, capable of navigating unknowns and owning outcomes end-to-end.
