Our AI agent workforce assists construction companies with permitting, licensing, inspections, and project closeouts, accelerating development across the country. We have already delivered significant improvements in speed, accuracy, and visibility for over $20B in development. As the U.S. enters a new capital expenditure supercycle, joining PermitFlow means building the AI infrastructure at the core of every construction project driving this next wave of reindustrialization. We are a well-funded, high-growth company with backing from top-tier investors and leaders in the AI and construction tech space.

  • Scale verification processes with AI-assisted code review, test generation, and CI gates to maintain confidence as PR volume increases.
  • Implement background agents to handle tasks such as ticket triaging, test maintenance, dependency upgrades, and drafting fixes from incidents.

  • Ability to work across the full stack as a product engineer, from data models to UI.
  • Current experience working with AI coding agents, understanding their limitations and how codebase structure can improve their effectiveness.
  • Current knowledge of the agentic stack as it applies to software engineering, including context engineering, agent instructions and skills, MCP, sandboxed execution, and evaluation of coding agent output.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence through judgment, working code, and clear writing.
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, with a significant portion dedicated to setting technical direction across multiple teams.
