We are seeking backend-focused Product Engineers to join our platform and security product teams. In this role, you will build infrastructure and customer-facing workflows that enable developers and AI agents to work reliably in parallel. You will own outcomes from understanding user problems and choosing approaches through shipping, operating, and improving solutions, working closely with frontend, infrastructure, and security engineers. This is an opportunity to build essential software factory components for enterprises, enabling AI agents to operate securely within customer-controlled cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Build developer and security workflows in direct collaboration with customers.
- Develop Go services and APIs for provisioning cloud environments and integrating with developer tools.
- Design and implement reliable orchestration for long-running, parallel tasks, including state management, retries, and recovery.
- Integrate security measures into execution workflows, focusing on permissions, credential handling, isolation, and auditability.
- Ensure production quality through testing, safe rollouts, observability, performance optimization, and operational reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend and design teams to simplify complex backend functionalities for users.
Requirements
- Strong Go skills and experience building and operating production backend systems.
- Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and state management, with the ability to reason about failures and recovery.
- Practical experience with Linux, containers, cloud infrastructure, and networking (routing, DNS, secure connectivity).
- Ability to design clear APIs and data models that simplify complex workflows.
- Product-minded approach with a desire to stay close to customers and own solutions from discovery to iteration.
- Clear communication of technical decisions and effective cross-disciplinary collaboration.
