At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. This role is central to our Anthropic practice, leading client conversations, demos, and delivery sessions to showcase the capabilities of Claude Code and Claude Cowork. You will be the primary technical expert, engaging with engineers and knowledge workers to provide direct answers and solutions. Your involvement begins early in the sales cycle, during discovery calls and technical scoping, to help prospects understand the possibilities before they commit. This is a hands-on role requiring direct experience with configuring agentic workflows, writing custom skills, and integrating with MCP systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery, scoping POCs, and delivering tailored demonstrations of Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
- Design and lead advanced technical enablement sessions for engineers and technical users on agentic coding workflows, custom skills, MCP integrations, and subagent orchestration.
- Independently address detailed technical questions regarding architecture, context management, permissions, data flow, security, and failure modes during client engagements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify high-value workflows, align them with product capabilities, and translate them into actionable business cases.
- Identify and scope follow-on work by treating every workshop and demo as a discovery exercise.
