LiveFlow is building the next-generation accounting and finance platform, enabling lean finance teams to manage large enterprises. We are seeking Software Engineers to develop AI agents that will power the future of LiveFlow. This is a full-stack role with a significant focus on designing and building agent-driven systems integrated throughout our product. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and shape the product, working in a fast-paced environment that embraces uncertainty and rapid iteration. The role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, with the opportunity to build features that customers love.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer workflows, use-cases, and jobs to be done.
- Build AI agents to simplify and automate tedious and error-prone tasks.
- Develop the real-time platform for finance teams to collaborate with each other and with agents.
- Design and scale APIs and CLI for interoperability.
- Contribute to engineering practices that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure high standards of data security, reliability, and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building with AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation.
- Product mindset with a focus on users and outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
- High ownership and willingness to take on multiple responsibilities.
- Intuition for applying best practices and knowing when to rethink them.
- Experience with functional languages, frameworks like Rails/Django, or modern frontend stacks is a plus.
