We are scaling fast and defining a new category in real time, offering an unmatched opportunity for growth. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to our mission, operating with intensity and pushing for excellence. We are looking for a Senior or Staff Product Manager to own the core Spaces experience, shaping how users create and navigate these collaborative environments, bring in context, and run work. This role requires excellent product judgment, strong design instincts, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies and shipped products.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core Spaces experience.
- Create intuitive experiences for navigation, information architecture, resources, activity, and agents.
- Raise the craft bar and resolve friction in the end-to-end user experience.
- Improve onboarding, activation, entry points, defaults, and repeat usage of Spaces.
- Lead product development from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
- Understand customer needs by spending time with law firms and end users.
- Partner with adjacent product teams to ensure Spaces integrates seamlessly with the Harvey platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a major user-facing product.
- Track record of building excellent B2B SaaS, productivity, workflow, collaboration, or knowledge-management products.
- Strong product and design judgment, with experience simplifying complex workflows or information architecture.
- Experience taking products through early definition, scaling, adoption, and refinement.
- Strong growth instincts and experience improving activation, onboarding, engagement, or retention.
- Ability to operate with high agency in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Deep customer orientation and ability to translate feedback into product decisions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
- Experience building multi-user workspaces or products involving sharing and collaboration (preferred).
- Experience with enterprise complexity, including user types, permissions, governance, or sensitive data (preferred).
- Experience building AI-powered products or designing workflows involving AI agents (preferred).
- Experience working at a high-growth technology company (preferred).
