Responsibilities
- Engage with leading law firms and legal teams throughout the pre-sales process, leading collaborative pilot programs.
- Guide prospects on the capabilities of AI and work with lawyers to understand workflows and build tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate the value of AI in real legal use cases and bring prospect feedback into the product roadmap.
- Build trusted relationships with legal teams by learning their workflows and integrating Harvey into daily practice.
- Lead onboarding and enablement sessions, and build agents on real matters with full practice groups.
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to customer-facing content across various practice areas.
- Design and build complex, no-code custom Harvey in-app solutions, including agents and playbooks.
- Meet with senior stakeholders to understand key processes and design bespoke resources using natural language prompting.
- Prototype solutions against sample documents and refine them collaboratively with customers and the team.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team.
- Strong understanding of law firm workflows, challenges, and balancing legal risk with business priorities.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills to establish credibility with legal and business stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading demos, workshops, and strategic customer conversations.
- Deep curiosity about AI's potential in legal work, combined with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results and optimize customer outcomes.
- Experience with AI tools in legal practice is a plus.
- Cross-functional experience (business, ops, compliance, product) is a plus.
- Sales or customer-facing experience (e.g., law firm BD, secondment) is a plus.
