Harvey is seeking an experienced leader to shape Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations for the APAC region. This role is within the Revenue Operations organization, focused on driving sustained, efficient growth and operational excellence for global GTM teams. You will be responsible for translating strategy into disciplined, data-driven execution for APAC field teams, managing everything from market prioritization to performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to APAC Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, bridging regional needs with Harvey's global GTM model. This is an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact function within a rapidly growing AI company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with APAC Enterprise Sales Leadership to define regional field strategy and ensure alignment with global GTM operating models for predictable revenue growth.
- Drive forecast rigor and pipeline quality through established processes and inspection mechanisms to improve CRM hygiene and data accuracy.
- Design, implement, and evolve regional operating rhythms, including business reviews and planning cadences, to support disciplined execution and scale.
- Lead high-priority GTM initiatives for APAC, addressing complex cross-functional problems such as territory design, segmentation, and market-entry playbooks.
- Collaborate with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps, shape regional enablement priorities, and support the onboarding of new sales representatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of APAC Sales Business Partners.
- Act as a liaison between APAC and global Revenue Operations, sharing learnings and advocating for regional needs.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in high-growth technology environments, preferably with a background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy/management consulting.
- At least 2 years of people management experience leading analytically oriented teams.
- Proven track record as a strategic business partner to senior GTM leaders, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Enablement.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for structured thinking and clear communication.
