About the job

Harvey is seeking an experienced leader to shape Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations for the APAC region. Joining the Revenue Operations team, you will be instrumental in driving sustained, efficient growth and operational excellence for Harvey's global GTM teams. This role involves owning the execution of regional strategies, from market prioritization to performance management, and acting as a trusted advisor to APAC Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. It's an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact function within a fast-growing AI company, contributing to the future of professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with APAC Enterprise Sales Leadership to define regional field strategy and ensure alignment with global GTM operating models for predictable revenue growth.
  • Drive forecast rigor and pipeline quality through established processes, inspection mechanisms, and improved CRM data accuracy.
  • Design, implement, and evolve regional operating rhythms (business reviews, forecast calls, planning cadences) to support disciplined execution and scale.
  • Lead high-priority GTM initiatives for APAC, addressing complex cross-functional problems like territory design, segmentation, and market-entry playbooks.
  • Collaborate with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps, shape regional priorities, and support the onboarding of new sales representatives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of APAC Sales Business Partners, emphasizing analytical rigor and operational excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between APAC and global Revenue Operations, sharing learnings and advocating for regional needs.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in high-growth technology environments, preferably with a background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy/management consulting.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience leading high-performing, analytical teams.
  • Proven track record as a strategic business partner to senior GTM leaders, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Enablement.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for structured thinking and high-quality execution.

Benefits

  • Structured hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • Fully covered private hospital insurance, plus extras for dental, optical, physio, mental health, and more.
  • Support for fertility treatments, adoption, and surrogacy.
  • Comprehensive retirement and security coverage.
  • Paid annual leave, sick leave, and fully paid parental leave.
  • Daily in-office lunch.
  • Wellness memberships.
  • Monthly commuting support.
  • Annual support for professional development (courses, certifications, conferences, books).
  • Monthly remote work allowance for home office, internet, and phone expenses.
  • Four-week paid sabbatical after four years of employment.
