About the job

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company at an inflection point, with strong product-market fit and investor support. The team operates with intensity, ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement, driven by values of Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. As a Strategy Associate on Harvey's Transformation Office, you will be the analytical and content engine driving AI adoption for sophisticated legal and professional services organizations. You will translate data, client context, and learnings into playbooks, frameworks, and executive-ready materials to make transformation repeatable, scalable, and measurable. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career seeking significant impact and visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze adoption and usage data to understand transformation drivers and build models/dashboards to illustrate impact.
  • Codify successful engagement strategies into reusable playbooks, templates, and methodologies.
  • Synthesize lessons learned from engagements into repeatable materials and track progress.
  • Develop crisp, executive-ready communications and narratives from complex analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to ensure progress and mitigate risks.
  • Capture and synthesize learnings from engagements to inform internal knowledge and external thought leadership on AI transformation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) with ownership of analytically rigorous workstreams.
  • Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
  • Exposure to transformation, change management, or strategy work, preferably in legal, financial, or professional services.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias for action.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on professional work.
