About the job
Harvey is seeking a Product Manager, New Verticals to define, build, and scale AI agent-powered solutions for strategic customers. This role involves deep customer discovery, sales collaboration, complex workflow mapping, and leveraging AI/LLM capabilities for successful deployments. You will work closely with key accounts to understand their highest-value use cases, translate them into agent-powered solutions, and partner with engineering and research teams to bring them to life. The goal is to drive repeatability by transforming bespoke deployments into scalable products, pricing models, and commercial frameworks for entire verticals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows and define product requirements for agent-powered solutions.
- Lead discovery for assigned accounts and verticals, understanding user intentions, data constraints, workflows, and success criteria.
- Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed.
- Drive end-to-end deployments, working with engineering and customer teams to implement, test, and refine agent solutions.
- Define and track success metrics for supported verticals, ensuring measurable productivity and quality outcomes.
- Develop account-level and vertical-level roadmaps, translating customer needs into scalable products or reusable frameworks.
- Collaborate with founders, executives, engineering, and legal research to align product direction and ensure technical feasibility.
- Influence new commercial models, including pricing, packaging, and deployment strategies for agent-led solutions.
- Champion repeatability by transforming one-off solutions into scalable product features, components, or templates.
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Background in professional services (legal, consulting, banking, or adjacent fields) with experience in complex, high-stakes workflows.
- 3+ years of product management experience or closely related roles.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise environments, ideally with AI, automation, or workflow tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to ship and iterate on enterprise-grade software or high-complexity solutions.
- Executive presence and a customer obsession mindset.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with detail orientation.
- Ability to communicate both qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Comfort navigating extreme ambiguity and defining structure from zero.
- A scrappy, ownership mentality, willing to support customer teams as needed.
